Our group classes are programmed and include a warm up, strength component, skill work, and a WOD (conditioning workout). The classes are structured with both a strength and a conditioning section, using a variety of functional movements and exercises that will get you stronger, fitter and healthier. Please be on time (no more than 10 mins before your class start time), bring a good pair of indoor shoes (we like neutral or minimalist shoes) and water, and we take care of the rest.

NOTE: You can come in and start as late as 5:00pm for the afternoon block (4:30-6:15pm) of classes.
