Personal Training is a great choice for anyone looking for a specific program tailored to their individual needs and goals. One on one sessions allow an individual to get personalized and attentive care, whether you are looking for concentrated or specialized training outside of our normal classes (such as Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells or other technique work), or needing supplemental mobility/muscle imbalance correction, etc., work. Your first session will include an assessment of your current fitness level and movement capacity, as well as discussing your goals. Personal Training can be booked during or outside of scheduled classes.

Rates are $50/hr or $70/hr for 2 people.
